Returns/Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your AHA Wrap purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges are
accepted on items that are an incorrect size, defective or damaged. The item must also be in the original packaging. Monogrammed items are not eligible for a refund or an exchange.

To begin a return, go to "Contact Us" and fill out the information. Once your email is received, a link with a return label will be emailed to you. Print it. Place on the packaging and Mail it.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the item meets the return requirements stated above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@ahawrap.com.
